We want you to be completely satisfied with your Dr. Brandt Skincare purchase; therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from our website. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return the unused portion for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping fees.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal or contact our Customer Care team with your order number and the email address used to place the order.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the product in its original packaging if possible, and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation inside the box.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
